Owners Kira Grewe and Stephanie Barton started W•A•G Studio in January 2022, after noticing the local need for more available dog groomers in the area.

W•A•G Studio currently has seven highly qualified and talented groomers along with two receptionist to help with scheduling.

Since opening in 2022, achievements that we have received are Runner Up for Best of Dayton in 2022, Third Place in 2023, one of The Daily Groomer’s 2024 Top Grooming Businesses, Won Best of Dayton 2025, and finalist for Best of Dayton 2026!

Regardless of your pets breed or age, W•A•G Studio will make sure each of our services can be curated to fit their specific needs.

When booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation message immediately after booking and reminders leading up to the date of the appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation message within 10 minutes of booking, please contact us. If a confirmation was not sent, the appointment was not booked.

What We Can Do for Your Pet

Bath & Nail Trim

Putting Your Pet First

Regardless of your pet’s breed, age or behavior, each of our services can be curated to fit their specific needs — no matter how unique. Our services are often booked well in advance. With every bath, a nail trim will be provided.

Full Groom

W•A•G Grooming services allows you to make sure your pet is well taken care of, even when you’re not around. We offer this for all sizes and breeds. Our Full Groom includes the bath and nail trim, ear cleaning, a full haircut specialized to the breed, as well as a complementary blueberry facial.

Add-On Services

We also can provide Add-On services to make sure your fur babies are looking and feeling their best.

Policies

PET DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

When dropping off pets, please arrive no later than 15 minutes, or we will have to reschedule your appointment, as this causes the groomer to run behind the rest of the day. Drop off can not be earlier than 15 minutes prior to appointment time.

When your pet's grooming is completed, you will be notified, and will have one hour to pick up after being notified. If it is beyond the hour after pick up time, there will be a fee of $30 per dog added to the service.

We close at 5pm Monday-Friday and 1pm on Saturday (hours may vary), if pick up is past the closing times, you will be charged a $1 per minute. If it is beyond closing time as the result of the groomer, you will not be charged the fee.

NO-SHOW, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that things come up and plans can change. However, appointments are reserved specifically for your pet, and last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to another client.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 no-show fee per dog will be added to your next grooming service. During the month of December, the no-show fee increases to $60 per dog due to the high demand for appointments.

After two no-show appointments, full prepayment will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same calendar day as your appointment, a $50 fee per dog will be added to your next appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 fee per dog will be added to your next appointment.

24-HOUR NOTICE

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client.

We understand that emergencies can happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as you are able, and we will take the circumstances into consideration.
